FORMER Youth and Sports Minister Syed Saddiq Abdul Rahman’s home was broken into on Saturday night and RM250,000 cash is missing from his safe.
The Muar Member of Parliament said he last opened the safe around March 13 or 14.
“I have made a police report on the incident. The forensics team has visited the home for investigations,” he posted on his Twitter. He had also posted a photo of his police report.

In the police report, Syed Saddiq said there was no signs of forced entry on the safe and very few people knew where he kept the safe.
He also said that it was untrue the stolen cash belonged to Bersatu, the party which he is the Youth leader. He also urged the public not to make any speculations about the incident.
