POLICE seized RM1.33 million worth of drugs and arrested a woman from China and a local man during a drug raid in a Miri condominium.

Sarawak Deputy Police Commissioner Datuk Dev Kumar said the raid was carried out around 8pm yesterday at the condominium.

“The duo are suspected of using the condominium unit as a drug processing facility.

“The local man is aged 43 and the woman from China is 28,” he said as reported in The Star.

Dev said an assortment of drugs with a value of about RM1.33 million were seized.

The drugs included ecstasy, ketamine, eramine and syabu.

He said the anti-narcotics unit had done well in tackling the drug trade and carrying out successful raids.
