SARAWAK PKR will report and recommend the sacking of several branch leaders and their supporters, including Batu Lintang assemblyman See Chee How.
State Leadership Council (MPN) secretary Joshua Jabeng said he had received information that some branch leaders in Sarawak were working with other parties to undermine the leadership of PKR.
“In light of this, we are taking pre-emptive measures to report them and their supporters to the disciplinary board and recommend for their immediate sacking.
“Their exit from the party will strengthen the party which had been dogged by infighting since 2018,” he said in a statement.
Among them are Boniface Willy Anak Tumek (Mas Gading), Baharuddin Mokhsen (Petra Jaya), Siah Sy Jen (Bandar Kuching), Jemree Bin Sabli (Kota Samarahan), Cyril Ak Langin (Serian), Yen Ak Jebeni (Sri Aman), Nicholas Bawin Anggat (Lubok Antu), Vernon Albert Kedit (Betong), Hung Soon Kieng (Lanang), Abdul Raafidin Majidi (Sibu) and Kelvin @ Kilo Lutan (Bintulu).
“This also includes See Chee How,” he said.
Meanwhile, the party membership of three MPs, namely, Puncak Borneo MP Willie Mongin, Ali Biju (Saratok) and Baru Bian (Lawas) has been automatically terminated, since they applied to join PPBM.
As for the other branch leaders, a letter of dismissal will be issued by the PKR Secretary General, should the party agree to terminate their membership.
