HEALTH direct0r-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah has issued a dire warning to Malaysians: stay at home as we only have a small window to break the chain of Covid-19 spreading.

“Failure is not an option. Otherwise, we will face the third wave of this virus and and it’d be bigger than a tsunami, especially if we have a tidak apa attitude,” he wrote on his Facebook.

He also reminded the public to stay at home and observe social distancing.

“Please take the movement control order seriously. Sit at home and do not leave the house,” he added.

Yesterday, Malaysia recorded its first two deaths from Covid-19 as the number of confirmed cases stood at 673.
