MALAYSIA reported 935 new cases today with three more deaths today.
Health Ministry director-general Tan Sri Noor Hisham Abdullah said this brings the total number of cases in the country pass the 60,000 mark.
The total cases now stands at 60,752 cases, with 11,348 of them being active cases.
The death toll now stands at 348.
Recoveries stood at a record high today with 2,555 discharges bringing the total discharges to 49,056 cases or 80.7%.
He said Sabah had the highest number of cases today with 326, followed by Selangor (161) and Negeri Sembilan (158).
Sarawak recorded four cases today.
Dr Noor Hisham said 103 cases were related to lock-up and prison clusters.
Six new clusters were detected while two ended today.
The new clusters are the Bot Biru and Blok 31 in Sabah, Gemilang in Johor Bahru, Sungai Udang construction site in Kuala Lumpur, Chengal in Kelantan and Damar Laut in Penang and Kedah.
