KUALA Lumpur police busted a private drugs-fuelled sex party to celebrate a doctor’s birthday at two apartment units, arresting 35, including six foreign women believed to be call girls.

Kuala Lumpur Criminal Investigation Department deputy director Assistant Commissioner Nasri Mansor said the group booked the units at an apartment in Jalan Conlay, KL for two days until Sunday to hold the event which contravened the Movement Control Order.

The detainees were between 21 and 35 years old, including five Vietnamese, one Thai and two Chinese nationals.

“During our raid, we found the suspects were blasting loud music and partying.

“Investigations found that they had booked the six apartment rooms at RM1,000 per night for two days until Sunday for partying,” he told Berita Harian.

“All of them will be compounded for breaching MCO rules,” he said.

Police will also investigate the case for alleged prostitution under Section 372B of Penal Code, as well as under the Dangerous Drugs Act, the Immigration Act and the Entertainment (Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur) Act.
